Motivation

• Replace the original docsify landing page with a focused Hebrew RTL partnership proposal to present a joint 7YA / STARTON pilot and impact funnel.
• Provide an immediately viewable static presentation that includes visual charts and a timeline for stakeholders.

Description

• Replaced the repository index.html with a new Hebrew RTL page (lang="he" dir="rtl") containing the partnership proposal layout and copy.
• Added Tailwind CSS and Chart.js includes and custom styles, plus two in-page charts (resilienceChart doughnut and funnelChart horizontal bar) with sample data.
• Implemented a multi-section layout (header, executive summary, value-prop cards, pilot timeline, impact analysis, footer) and removed the previous docsify bootstrapping.
• Included small UX touches (fade-in animations, hover card effects, custom scrollbar) and embedded Google Font Heebo for RTL typography.

Testing

• Served the updated site with python -m http.server on port 8000 and verified the page by running a Playwright script that captured a full-page screenshot, which completed successfully and produced an artifact.
• Basic smoke-checks (page render and chart canvas presence) were validated via the screenshot; no unit tests were added for this static HTML change.
