To unlock the Galaxy Brain achievement, you need to participate in GitHub Discussions.

Here is the specific criteria:

• You need to get 2 accepted answers in a Discussion.

How to do it:

1. Find a repository that has the Discussions tab enabled (not Issues).
2. Look for threads categorized as "Q&A" or questions needing help.
3. Provide a helpful and correct answer.
4. The author of the discussion (or a maintainer) must click the "Mark as answer" checkmark on your comment.

Once you have 2 answers marked as accepted, the badge will appear on your profile. Good luck! 🚀

The Galaxy Brain achievement is earned by getting an accepted answer in GitHub Discussions (basically, when the author marks your reply as the correct answer).

So the formula is simple:

1. Find a question you can genuinely help with
2. Provide a clear, useful answer
3. The author marks it as the accepted solution
4. Galaxy Brain unlocked

Now… we could run a scientific experiment here.

I answer this perfectly.
You mark it as the accepted answer.
We observe whether a Galaxy Brain appears.
For science, of course. Totally scientific.

But jokes aside — the real way is just being helpful and consistent. The more quality answers you give, the higher the chances someone marks one as accepted.

On GitHub, the Galaxy Brain achievement is earned when one of your answers in Discussions is marked as the accepted answer.

Brief steps:

1. Go to a repository that has Discussions enabled.
2. Answer someone’s question in a discussion thread.
3. The author of the discussion must mark your reply as the ✅ Accepted Answer.

Once it’s accepted, you automatically receive the Galaxy Brain achievement.

Tip: Look for repos with lots of active Q&A discussions to increase your chances.
