New module: internal/codebase/finder.go (255 LOC) Capabilities: - FindRelevantFiles() - AI-powered file discovery from issue description - IdentifyTestFiles() - Locate test files for implementation files - AnalyzeGitHistory() - Find similar past changes Integration with chu issue fix: - New --find-files flag (default: true) - Identifies 3-5 most relevant files before implementation - Shows confidence level (HIGH/MED/LOW) for each file - Passes file list to Symphony autonomous executor MVAA Progress: Implements scenario #4 (Find relevant files) Coverage: 36/64 scenarios (56%)
