Tip banner for push notifications #2808
Description
for all users (including pro users) - show a tip banner at bottom of chat screen telling them to enable push notifications (MAYBE ssend a test push notification) so they know to enable notifications (e.g. MacOS settings).
- have a way for users to ignore this tip and not show it again
- don't show tip if they already enabled it
use for other features int he future?
- e.g. plan mode
- media library
- create image button, etc.
Part 2:
- Show the push notification when user needs to respond to questionnaire and dyad app is not in focus
