致命问题：流式输出的tool call检测问题

问题1：因为deepseek在调用tool前会输出一些content，导致eino框架无法判断是否需要调用tool

问题2：根据官方文档在加了自定义streamToolCallChecker后，又出现不能流式输出的问题

继续深究，提到WithMessageFuture，同样，这个也无法解决问题2

WithMessageFuture 本质是用 callback 把 ChatModel.OnEndWithStreamOutput 的 Message 流及时给出来。这个时候还没有进入 StreamToolCallChecker，所以不会被这个 checker 阻塞掉。

糟糕！同样的输出逻辑，在修改模型和移除streamToolCallChecker后，流式输出正常了

一开始的对比场景：
前面用 deepseek + 自定义的streamToolCallChecker，这个是一次输出的
后面改成 gpt5.2，并移除自定义的streamToolCallChecker，这个正常流式输出

第二种对比场景：

1. 只用gpt5.2：一次性输出
2. gpt5.2 + 自定义的streamToolCallChecker ：正常流式输出
