External links in the GitHub profile links section currently open in the same tab. It would be better if external links such as personal websites, LinkedIn, X, and others opened in a new tab.

This would help users:
• keep the GitHub profile page open
• avoid losing context
• browse portfolio/social links more smoothly

Suggested behavior:
• apply only to external links
• keep internal GitHub links opening in the same tab
• use secure external-link behavior
