Having trouble finding & showing repository's wiki page with non-ASCII page title

From this morning(Feb 27 2026, around 9:00+09:00), we are having trouble finding & showing repository's wiki page with non-ASCII page titles on github.com website.
We have many wiki pages in our repositories with English or Japanese titles. Pages with Japanese title do not appear in page list and show 404 when we access them directly. English pages are fine.
If we clone the whole wiki(via git cli), we can find our pages with Japanese. So they are not removed and just hidden from github.com website.

Is it expected behavior? Is github.com banning non-ASCII title for wiki pages?

Edit: This issue seems not restricted to Wiki pages, but all directory listing in repo views.

This is regarding my repository.
After running the command below and committing the Japanese file, the garbled characters in the ASCII text file were fixed.

git config --global core.quotepath false

The file added in the image below is “New Text Document.txt”.
Although it's blurred out, the directory name that was garbled and inaccessible is now fixed.

Still the problem haven't resolved for our wiki :(

Finally our wikis seems to recover from the incident!
