Student Enrolled in Ukraine but Studying Remotely from Morocco – Verification Issue

Hello everyone,

I am a Moroccan student officially enrolled at a university in Ukraine. Due to the ongoing war, I am currently continuing my studies remotely from Morocco.

While applying for the GitHub Education benefits, my student verification request was declined because of my current geographic location. However, I remain fully enrolled and actively attending my Ukrainian university online.

I would like to kindly ask whether anyone has encountered a similar situation while studying remotely from a different country. Additionally, I would appreciate clarification on the appropriate steps to complete the verification process under these circumstances.

I am able to provide:
An official university confirmation letter
My university email address

I sincerely appreciate any guidance from the GitHub Education team or fellow students who may have experienced a similar issue.
